About this role
- Identify prospective merchants to launch Resto Guru as a restaurant management method on their platforms, proactively approach them to explain the business benefits of the product
- Contact and qualify potential customers
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
- Maintain existing relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
Requirements to apply
- At least 2 years of Telesales experience, preferably Software Sales Experience related to F&B
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- High level of confidence in own abilities, resilience, and ability to cope with rejection
- A positive attitude and approach
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- You will be working in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment therefore you must present skills that show your willingness to adapt to any situation that may arise. Being keen and a willingness to “jump in” is key.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel is necessary.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Good use of initiative – proactive.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: E£60,000.00 - E£100,000.00 per month
