Major accountabilities:
- Understanding the entire tender management process from beginning to end, in order to be able to provide analysis and support on molecules mapping, pricing analysis and information gathering from different systems.
- Providing support to the Head of Market Access & tender of the call for tenders in driving the preparation of tender submissions by understanding and applying the due diligence tender process. • Proactive coordination and management of the tender’s roadmap for the needs of timely submission.
- Analyze the tender documentation and provide insights to tender manager and market access.
- Responsibility for the preparation of the supporting documents necessary for submitting a tender.
- Collaboration with key internal stakeholders (Commercial, Key Account Managers, Business Development, supply chain, regulatory) within each local function with a view to ensuring the timely execution of the entire procedure for the management of tenders.
- Responsibility of securing all required approval for tender submissions.
- Proactive monitoring of obtained orders and alignment with supply team for correct mapping.
- Responsibility for managing the tender trackers by updating it on monthly bases while archiving and documenting offers submitted to public tenders, newly obtained offers and orders.
- Coordination of supply related tender activities to support the tender order execution.
- Coordinating with Sandoz d.d. on required documentation and approvals (Part of the approval process).
- Sharing the signed offers from Sandoz d.d. with Distributors and follow up with distributors on the status of the submitted offers.
- Collaborate closely with Cluster Team and Sandoz d.d. on the relevant business-related matters linked to tenders.
- Checking the POs/Contracts to make sure the offered prices and lead-times are matching with our commercial offers.
- Initiating the Tender Annex (Non-registered items or items with variation pending or other Countries SKUs) by aligning with SCM, DRA and Country QA to facilitate the site and Hub QA release to ship the item.
- Work closely with relevant functions such as Regulatory, Finance, and Business Development, etc… on driving the pricing assessment for Brands New Registration or Registration renewal.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or statistics & analytics field (MBA preferred).
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Tender analysis or a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes and market dynamics.
Skills
- Strategic Thinking to align short-term actions with long-term goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Very good communication in English.
