Job Description:
The Total Rewards Supervisor is responsible for the execution of our total rewards programs. This hands-on role oversees C&B operations, including annual salary reviews, benefits administration, job evaluation exercise, and market data analysis. He/ She will ensure our reward programs are administered accurately, remain compliant with all regulations, and are communicated effectively to support the company's strategy for attracting and retaining top talent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and administration of the company's compensation structures to align with business goals.
- Participate in market benchmarking and salary surveys by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
- Assist with the job evaluation process using established methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson, or similar).
- Coordinate the annual salary review process and administer incentive programs and promotion-related adjustments.
- Help ensure compensation practices are consistently applied and comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, allowances, etc.).
- Assist in evaluating benefits offerings by gathering data on cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and brokers and support the management of benefits contracts and renewals.
- Support the administration of rewards and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Lead benchmarking exercises across various industries to identify market trends and best practices.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to support recommendations on compensation and benefits policies.
- Track and report on key metrics (KPIs) related to the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4-7 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits across diverse industries, with proven expertise in benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
