Support and manage TCM local team for TCM activities
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Quality:
- Zero NFCM controls failure during the year to ensure effective compliance.
- Promote automation for increased efficiency and reduced scope of human error.
- Monitor and verify any transactions related to the banks.
- Secure access for all bank users with appropriate entitlements, to guarantee transparency in operations.
- Update all signature powers regularly to prevent legal issues and to adhere to company policies.
- Assign all factored cheques to the correct GL for accurate bookkeeping and financial transparency.
Operational excellence:
- Ensure high level of communications with the banks.
- Ensure that all banks are sticking to the agreed interest rates in order to control finance costs effectively.
- Following up on the weekly payments with the concerned team.
- Keep sustainability of MT940.
- Make sure that all contracts are being performed.
- Ensure submission of LSI & step out with KL team before deadline.
- Insure there are no audit points.

- Optimize the capabilities of the TCM team by putting effort into their growth and enhancement, particularly in areas such as English proficiency, communication methods, and presentation abilities.
Essential Requirements:
- 5–6 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in leading a small team
- Exposure to working in a multinational environment
