Job Title: Vaccines Business Associate

Hiring Manager: Head of Sales - Vaccines

Job Purpose:

Vaccines Business Associate ensures achievement of sales objectives and contributes to build Sanofi Vaccines long-term commitment with the super tier pediatricians in the assigned territory through building positive experience by understanding their needs through implementing the company’s strategy and policies.

Key Accountabilities

Achieve sales target in private sectors and hospitals

Continuously assess the market in order to identify new customers

Follow up territorial sales forecasts on monthly basis

Deliver the product message given from marketing team and implement the product strategy

Act as a communication link between customers and the company

Provide feedback on customer business development competitive activity and product performance to assist in development of marketing plan

Conduct group meetings with potential HCPs

Maintain good relationship with KOLs to ensure their loyalty and their support to company business

Health Safety and Environment Responsibilities

Comply with company procedures and current regulations on hygiene and safety Safely use the work equipment dangerous substances and preparations as well as the supplied collective and personal protective equipment according to the instructions received Promote and follow the HSE rules and Act responsibly to protect yourself and others from an injury and ill health conditions while at the work locations and or while using road such as traffic rules emergency evacuation procedure medical surveillance healthy lifestyle etc

Engage the HSE department in the related activities where applicable and be sure that the work performed follows the local HSE regulations Corporate HSE Policy and key requirements

Follow the company road safety program

Attend HSE training

Promptly report to your manager any dangerous conditions of which you become aware

Reporting any occupational injury/ preventable car accident within 24hrs to the direct Manager and HSE manager

Maintain vehicle safety data UpToDate and submit reports to HSE as requested Retain vehicle maintenance records and submit data as requested

Completion of assigned HSE trainings within the due date

Other responsibility

Perform other duties as assigned

Respect of company values code of ethics and social charter

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

Bachelor degree on Medicine Pharmacy Vet Medicine

Related Experience:

Strong scientific background of products and demonstrated ability to learn & development preferable 1- or 2-years experience with pediatricians

Specific Skills and Competencies

Good presentation skills and robust contacts with hospitals and physician networks

Persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to develop a network of relationships

Awareness of local healthcare systems and competitive landscape

Territory management, including planning and sales forecasting

Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals

Confident presentation skills for individual and group settings

 Active listening and persuasion and negotiation techniques

Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual engagement tools is preferable

Effective time management and organizational skills 

Problem-solving ability especially in addressing customer concerns

Adaptability to changing market conditions

Adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards

Patient centric approach to business discussions

Resilience and persistence in achieving sales targets

Self motivation and initiative in territory management

Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional colleagues

Continuous learning and staying current with vaccine developments

Clear and professional communication skills

Ability to translate complex medical information into accessible language

Sales target achievement and exceeding goals

Systematic approach to customer follow up

Commitment to compliance in all customer interact
