We’re hiring someone who lives and breathes advertising messaging.
Your job is to figure out what we should say in our ads, and why it matters. You’ll turn product features and business goals into clear, compelling messages that convert. Then you’ll back each message with real proof points: stats, testimonials, outcomes, or anything that builds trust.
Once you’ve nailed the message, you’ll write clear briefs so our creative team can turn them into high-performing ads.
You’ll work closely with the growth, product, and creative teams. If you’re part storyteller, part strategist, and part translator between creative and business — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Message Strategy:
Develop campaign messaging that aligns with business goals, product positioning, and audience segments
Identify key claims and emotional hooks to use across performance and brand campaigns
Proof Point Mining:
Work with data, product, and customer teams to find concrete stats, testimonials, or outcomes that validate each claim
Build and maintain a proof point library for all product lines and campaigns
Creative Briefing:
Translate messages into detailed creative briefs for designers and video editors
Define tone, visual direction, copy angles, and CTA for each ad concept
Collaborate closely with performance marketers to test and iterate on messaging variants
What You’ll Need
2–4 years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, performance marketing, or content strategy
Exceptional copywriting and messaging skills — can distill complex ideas into sharp, actionable language
Strong storytelling instincts with a knack for persuasive communication
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and briefs at once
