Main Responsibilities
- End to End ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles & practices for the delivery of digital projects.
- Take the role of agile coach and facilitate discussions and conflict resolution, and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact on the delivery of projects.
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices; ensure consistent best practices are applied across the work streams.
- Responsible for the delivery of the VBU Marketing Calendar
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Understanding of Digital channels technologies & architecture.
- Strong interest & skills in software development for internet, mobile and/or communications technology
- Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven track record of managing complex software projects with agile methodology.
- Having programming experience
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile conceptsPossessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master
- Aware of DevOps tools and techniques
- Agile Coach certification
- Experience coaching at large organizations
- Must have several years of proven hands-on experience in managing projects in agile environments.
- A strong technical background and ability to understand architecture, source code & technical issues to drive effective agile delivery.
