- Assist Prepare Daily Balance sheet for RBG
- Assist in Preparing and publishing Monthly RBG Financials on time
- Assist in setting up a strong control environment for management reporting - GL recons, Checks & Balances, etc
- Assist in expense analysis for the business to help monitor all costs and support cost optimization efforts.
- Support Budgeting process for RBG
- Ensure proper management reporting of revenues and expenses of Retail business
- Provide Variance analysis for key financial metrics and drivers vs. budgets and vs past periods
- Annual Planning Process
- Coordinate with Central accounts for all accounting related issues
- Assist in timely completion of a detailed annual planning process
- Experience 3-5 Years in the same field ( Business Planning and Analysis )
- Strong system skills – a sound working knowledge of OGL, Discoverer etc. Basic understanding of SQL queries
- Adept in analysis of financials and other data on customer segmentation and products etc
- Knowledge of the TP curve and Interest calculation
- Aware of all Retail Banking Products
- capable of understanding and communicating in a clear fashion with various business group and other stakeholders across the bank
- Excellent use of Microsoft office tools, especially MS Excel, Power point.
