At AESG we are looking for an Associate Consultant - Sustainability to be based in Dubai and work alongside our other specialist disciplines. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated sustainability specialist seeking professional development within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall direction, strategy and success of AESG as part of the company leadership team
- Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues
- Assist and supervise Consultants / Coordinators
- Mentorship and line management
- Support the commercial success and stability of the division
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects to exemplary levels of quality
- Lead and implement AESG business development within the sector of expertise
- Provide thought leadership in the division and industry as a whole
- Support the development of procedures to improve division function and efficiency
- Support divisional financial management, contracts management, business development and marketing
The ideal candidate fits the below profile:

Must have/be:
- Ideally qualified to MSc degree level with relevant academic or with post academic professional qualifications to carry out the role.
- Generally, a minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a supervisory / leadership role.
- Extensive experience with green building certification projects in GCC region.
