Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries with accuracy and empathy. You'll play a key role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive banking experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 6 months in a customer service role.
- University graduate.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
