Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Support Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Billing Support Agent will be responsible for handling customer billing inquiries, providing customer and technical support, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes analyzing billing issues, communicating effectively with customers, and providing accurate information regarding billing processes and policies.
