- Responsible to lead, develop and motivate the liabilities RM, RO, ARM teams, including performance assessment and appraisal.
- Achieve set targets - for himself and his team- as well as aimed service levels.
- Ensure cost efficiency / profitability.
- Guide liabilities teams to develop fruitful long lasting relations with existing clients as well as seeking new business opportunities.
- Offering comprehensive cash management solutions to clients including collections / payment solutions.
- Promote the online banking whenever / wherever applicable.
- Ensure satisfactory account conduct of BB accounts, early rectification of various related issues, in addition to revenues generation.
- Responsible for achieving Dep. objectives and targets through managing, training and following up on the team members
- Responsible for developing business & establishing Mashreq Bank as the leading Business Banking branch in the assigned geography.
- Monitor, review liabilities for the Team activity and provide guidance to develop/improve their skills & productivity.
- Ensure achievement of his liabilities targets on an ongoing basis.

- Drive the team on enhancing relationship revenue from existing portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing accounts by cross-selling and up-selling products.
- Assist Regional manager in developing and executing business strategy, plan and budget.
- Develop and Implement business plan to achieve pre-set financial and non-financial objectives.
- Work with account managers in identifying business opportunities
- Strong people management skills.
- Complete knowledge and clear understanding of bank's policy; AML & compliance policy.
- Knowledge of various banking & financial products / services.

- Minimum sales/ marketing experience of +5 years.
