Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage potential clients and introduce FlairsTech’s MSP services.
Identify and qualify leads through structured discovery conversations.
Handle objections, build rapport, and generate interest in our solutions.
Schedule meetings for senior sales executives with key decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation (preferred).
Strong communication skills with a persuasive, confident phone presence.
Ability to handle objections and drive conversations toward a meeting.
Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
