About The Role:
The Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager is a strategic and execution-focused role responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role serves as the central point of contact for all assigned campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing goals. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop clear campaign strategies, define KPIs, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver measurable results. The role also includes overseeing events and on-ground activations, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously optimizing for maximum ROI.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Mandatory:
- Ability to plan, build and execute multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to set success metrics, KPIs for campaigns and measure the results
- Manage each campaign timeline, budget
- Plan then execute events and measure the ROI from it
- Plan then execute on-ground activations then measure ROI from it
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaign strategies aligned with overall business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience insights.
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, target audiences, messaging frameworks, and channel mix for each campaign.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Commercial, Sales, Content, Digital Marketing, Design) to ensure integrated campaign execution and alignment.
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams involved in campaign development and deployment.
- Coordinate content creation (copy, visuals, video) with content and design teams.
- Work closely with digital marketing specialists (e.g., SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing) to optimize campaign performance across platforms.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Establish robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs.
- Analyze data comprehensively (e.g., traffic, conversions, ROI) to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to leadership and relevant teams.
- Proactively identify and implement optimizations throughout the campaign lifecycle to maximize results and achieve objectives.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Serve as the central point of contact and project lead for all assigned campaigns.
- Effectively communicate campaign strategies, progress, and results to diverse audiences.
- Foster a collaborative environment with internal teams and external agencies/partners.
Budget Management:
- Manage and track campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Requirements
Required Skills & Abilities:

- Experience in Hubspot is an important plus
- Ability to work with vendors, agencies and suppliers
- Agile and able to work under stress
- Corporate background is a must
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong understanding and experience with various digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Display Advertising, Content Marketing).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
- Basic understanding in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent command of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Google Workspace.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 1+ years specifically in a Campaigns Manager or similar role, overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns that achieve measurable business results (e.g., lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth).
- Experience working in B2B, B2C, or both environments.
