The Role:
The Partnership specialist will be responsible for supporting our tourism board partnership department in managing and optimizing campaign performance. This role involves handling campaign reports, analyzing data, and ensuring all client data requests are addressed efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with the campaign management team, especially during peak periods and team members' leave, to maintain consistent workflow and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage partnership activities with tourism boards, including conducting research and data analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of partnership proposals and presentations.
- Collect, process, and analyse partnership-related data for accurate reporting.
- Organize and maintain all partnership documentation and files.
- Prepare reports and presentations that summarize partnership activities and campaign performance.
- Support the execution of partnership-related events and ensure smooth coordination.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and other departments to meet partnership objectives.
- Support campaign management during high-demand periods or team member absences.
- Handle all client data requests promptly and ensure thorough communication with clients.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of work experience in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- A degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Strong analytical and research skills to interpret and report on campaign data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work extra hours and adjust to different time zones based on client needs.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Tis role requires a candidate with a strong background in data, analytics, and campaign management, ideally based in India due to the high demand for such skills. The ability to step in during peak times and maintain campaign performance is crucial.
