About The Role
As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the CEO across strategy, execution, hiring, operations, and fundraising. This is a high-trust, high-intensity role, designed for someone who wants to learn how companies are built from the inside out.
You’ll act as an extension of the CEO - making sure priorities are clear, momentum is kept, and no ball gets dropped. This role is for someone who sees themselves as a future founder, operator, or investor and is ready to accelerate their growth now.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, cross-functional execution, and key decision-making
- Drive progress across the company’s highest priority initiatives
- Prepare for and follow up on key internal and external meetings
- Build strong systems for communication, alignment, and tracking
- Lead or support special projects across hiring, fundraising, and partnerships
- Ensure the CEO is focused on what matters most, with the right information at the right time
- Act as a thought partner and operator across all areas of the business
What You'll Need
- 3–6 years of experience in high-performance environments (consulting, VC, tech startups, or similar)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and get things done without hand-holding
- Sharp judgment and emotional intelligence
- Hunger to grow 10x faster than your peers
- A track record of taking ownership and delivering high-quality outcomes
