Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the information technology strategy to support the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the IT department, ensuring alignment between technology and organizational needs.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experiences and operational processes.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and investments in technology.
- Ensure the security and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure and data.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the IT team and across departments.
- Engage with executive leadership to provide insights on technology trends and impacts on business strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external technology partners and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior IT leadership role within a complex organization.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in cybersecurity and IT governance is highly desirable.
