About the Role:
We're looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist to drive our B2B growth across the MENA region. This is not your typical sales role — we're after a strategic thinker and creative communicator who can open doors, build trust, and drive partnerships with forward-thinking brands and businesses. You’ll lead outreach efforts, nurture opportunities, and act as the face of our creative offerings to new clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads in key MENA markets.
- Understand client pain points and tailor value propositions accordingly.
- Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors in the SaaS space.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and regularly report on KPIs.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to tailor value propositions
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine outreach and offerings
- Attend regional industry events, webinars, and virtual networking opportunities
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–7 years of experience in client acquisition or business development.
- A track record of achieving (and exceeding) sales targets.
- A network of potential leads or past B2B clients in the region is a huge plus.
- Fluency in English Language.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
Who You Are:
- A proactive communicator with strong consultative selling skills
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Deep understanding of MENA market dynamics and business culture
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in creative services, digital media, SaaS, or marketing
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset and a passion for relationship-building
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales stacks
- Able to balance multiple deals and deadlines while keeping quality high
