Main Responsibilities
Social Media Campaign Management
Plan and execute social media campaigns for assigned clients based on approved strategies and creative direction.
Develop digital content plans and editorial calendars for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Kwai, Snapchat, and more.
Coordinate with content creators to deliver compelling copy, visuals, and video content in both Arabic and English.
Community Engagement
Manage community interactions by responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner, in line with agreed-upon SLAs (Arabic and English).
Monitor feedback, online reviews, and community sentiment, and report key insights.
Participate in and organize events to enhance engagement and increase brand visibility.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track social media performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
Provide clients with detailed and regular performance reports.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with Outreach, Events, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
Align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies and brand goals through internal collaboration.
Technology and Trend Awareness
Utilize social media management tools to streamline scheduling and content optimization.
Stay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and new technologies to implement cutting-edge strategies.
Client and Industry Relations
Foster strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key industry figures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication related to social media and community management.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in the music and entertainment industry.
Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Skills: Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset.
