Job Purpose
•Managing Twist Music & Games content acquisition across both platforms ensuring that both applications are up to date with the latest content and news in their respective areas •Ensuring that Twist overall brand meets customer/market and company benchmarks and surpasses them •Ensuring that all content acquired is placed in the correct manor •Ensuring that all content is up to date & gaps are fulfilled •Analysing main competitors daily to ensure that Twist brand is at par with competition in terms of content

Content Acquisition: •Twist Music: oEnsuring that all content acquired is published in a timely manor oEnsuring that vendors/ content providers meet the agreed upon deadlines for content submission oMonitoring the competition daily to ensure that TWIST Music brand is at par with local and international competition in terms of content. oAnalyzing the daily/ weekly content consumption reports oEnsuring that new tracks acquired are being well presented and showcased by our marketing team. oProviding marketing team with marketing materials to promote our content on our different social media platforms oEnsuring that the content calendar set by management is being carried out. oAware of all assets available on our Music application oEnsuring that the content is ingested and curated in a way that will increase customer satisfaction with internal product team. •Twist Games:. oHandling the day to day tasks with Games vendors in terms of content acquisition, e-tournaments, gamification & digital vouchers oEnsuring the success of the gaming products/services oScanning other platforms daily to check for gaps on our assets oEnsuring that all e-tournaments competitions local/international are being reported on a timely manor oAcquiring E-sports champions to out Twist Brand for endorsements & influencing oHandling our sponsored team all events that are related to e-sports. oAnalysing the weekly/ monthly gaming reports in terms of time spent on application/ portal & creating ways to increase the time spent on app oProviding marketing team with content for promotion across our social media platforms o Handling shoots with our brand ambassadors and celebrities along with marketing and marcom teams
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
-Knowledge of the media scene is a must. -Understanding different SEC's content consumption -Acquainted with the sports world and with global trends -Understanding the digital scene. -Able to understand and analyse reports Education: •Essential: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Mass communication, Economics, or Business Administration Language Proficiency: •Fluency and articulation in both spoken & written English + spoken & written Arabic Problem Solving: •Proper handling of conflicts with agencies, suppliers, internal parties, celebrities, partners, external market factors and changes. Innovation: •Strategies, plans, and executions to approach the market is necessary in order to be a head of competition. Skills & Abilities: •strong planning skills, Brand management skills, Advertising management, communication skills, time management and agency handling skills.
