About the Role:
Bokra Holding is looking for an energetic and driven Merchant Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help grow our partner network. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to businesses to onboard them onto our platform, establish partnerships, and negotiate exclusive offers that benefit both our app users and the merchants.
You will be the face of our brand when meeting potential partners, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential merchants across various industries
- Pitch the value of our app and onboard partners to the platform
- Negotiate offers and partnership terms that align with business goals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch partner campaigns
- Track acquisition performance and report regularly on progress
- Conduct market research to discover trends and new acquisition opportunities
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership acquisition
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in approaching new businesses and presenting ideas
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for building connections
