Job Profile
- Performing quality assurance controls and standard to ensure the company’s products and services meet customer expectations.
- Preparing comprehensive quality documentation and reports (e.g., quality metrics, challenges summaries, audit findings )
- Owning Operational TNPS that measures customer satisfaction for better customer experience & it helps later to correlate with revenue growth relative to competitors.
- Investigate reports of mobility and solutions quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with agreed guidelines.
- Provide training and support to Sales team members that covers systems, procedures, and core product knowledge.
- Responsible for Quality team coaching and guide them to improve their performance ,knowledge and productivity.
- Siebel campaigns knowledge and able to provide regular campaign reports, analysis and dashboards for Sales management and commercial showing campaigns success rate and Sales performance.
- Full knowledge of all procedures, information, and products related to the corporate sector.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ( e.g., Sales team , commercial , product owners, operations, customer support) to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure quality throughout the lifecycle.
- Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders
- Propose and implement measures and process improvements to enhance operations, efficiency, and reliability.
