About the Role
The Sales Operations Executive (On-Ground) will be responsible for managing the daily operations and performance of field sales efforts. The role involves conducting regular merchant visits, ensuring merchants are trained to use Flash tools effectively, and serving as the first point of contact for operational challenges. You will play a crucial role in driving merchant engagement and satisfaction through consistent on-site support.
Responsibilities:
- Merchant Engagement & Field Visits
- Conduct daily visits to Flash merchants to ensure service quality and engagement.
- Support merchants in using the Flash product, resolving issues or concerns on-site.
- Gather feedback and share merchant insights with relevant internal teams.
- Training & Enablement
- Deliver in-person training sessions to new and existing merchants on how to use Flash tools and systems.
- Ensure merchant staff are fully educated and comfortable with the product's features and updates.
- Operational Support
- Identify inactive or underperforming merchants and implement reactivation plans.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, training sessions, and merchant issues resolved.
- Sales Process Execution
- Assist in onboarding new merchants, collecting necessary documentation and ensuring system readiness.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to align field activities with company goal
- Reporting & Feedback
- Submit daily field reports summarizing activities, observations, and any issues escalated.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve field sales strategies and merchant support.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or operations (experience in fintech or retail is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role
