Role Title: Creative Director
Reporting to: Managing Director
Direct Reports: Head of Design, Head of Content

Role Scope:
The Creative Director leads the agency’s overall creative vision, ensuring a high standard across all campaigns, client pitches, brand platforms, and internal initiatives. They are responsible for conceptualizing creative approaches, managing execution, and ensuring creative output is strategically aligned, directionally consistent, and deadline-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns and leads creative direction across visual and content disciplines
- Oversees ideation and execution for campaigns, brand launches, and new business pitches
- Manages and mentors the Head of Design and Head of Content to ensure cohesive creative output
- Maintains full visibility over the creative production pipeline, ensuring delivery is on-brief, on-brand, and on-time
- Ensures alignment between visual identity, messaging, and strategic objectives
- Acts as the final sign-off on major creative work before delivery or presentation
Requirements:
- Proven senior-level experience in branding, design, and visual communication
- Strong working knowledge of content strategy and storytelling
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
- Excellent brief interpretation, creative judgment, and leadership skills
- Ability to liaise effectively across departments and guide both visual and content streams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to E£45,000.00 per month
