Role Brief: The Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing) will build and continuously evolve a Knowledge Hub that documents the unique selling points, proof points, and positioning of all Thndr's products, features, and asset classes, including stocks, gold, funds, and in-app features.
What You Will Do
Build and constantly evolve a Knowledge Hub that documents unique selling points (USPs), proof points, and the positioning of all products, features, and asset classes.
Distill product and investment stories into crystal-clear, punchy creative briefs that fuel high-performing campaigns across paid ad channels.
Identify the right angle or "reason to believe" for every product and investment story.
What You'll Need
Essential Skills & Traits:
A strong ability to identify the right angle or "reason to believe" in every product and investment story.
The ability to distill product stories into crystal-clear, punchy creative briefs for high-performing campaigns.
2-3+ years of work experience.
A background as a Psychology major, preferably with a joint major or minor in business/marketing.
Excellent English copywriting and brief-writing skills.
A strong grasp of investment concepts or the ability to learn them quickly.
Experience collaborating with designers and content creators.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in a mid-level/senior role on a startup's marketing team or as an account manager at a PR agency would be beneficial.
