Creative Project Coordinator
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the scheduling of creative resources based on workload, priorities, and project timelines
- Assign tasks to appropriate team members, ensuring balanced workloads across design, copywriting, and digital teams
- Serve as the liaison between creative teams and other departments (e.g., account managers, project managers, etc.)
- Monitor project progress, flag potential delays, and proactively suggest solutions to avoid bottlenecks
- Maintain and update project management systems and tools (Basecamp)
- Ensure all briefs are complete and clear before assigning to creatives
- Track and report on resource utilization, project timelines, and performance
- Coordinate freelance or external resources when internal capacity is exceeded
- Participate in daily/weekly check-ins to review schedules, priorities, and blockers
- Ensure adherence to deadlines while maintaining creative quality standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a traffic management, project coordination, or similar role in a creative, advertising, or marketing environment
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and agency operations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with creative roles (e.g., design, copywriting, production) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£25,000.00 per month
