We are currently seeking motivated individuals who are hungry for personal growth and have the skills to excel in a Client Services role.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing clients over the phone to discuss their financial situations and offer appropriate solutions to any questions or concerns they may have, following our guidelines.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Take control of conversations, guiding clients through the process and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Inspire and motivate clients to take positive steps towards achieving financial freedom.
- Maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor at all times.
- Meet or exceed daily targets while delivering high-quality interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
- Willingness to work during US hours, specifically Pacific Standard Time (PST). 40 hrs. weekly.
- Access to a reliable computer, high-speed WIRED internet connection, webcam and a headset. A network test and system check will be performed.
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts and debt settlement processes is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH and ARABIC (At least C1 level).
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment, managing multiple conversations effectively.
