Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative for a client. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role will include daily tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proficiency in English
