About the Role
We’re a small but growing service business looking for a reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries from the United States via text, phone, and social media. You’ll also be responsible for scheduling customer appointments and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, calls, and chat inquiries in social media
- Schedule appointments based on optimized routes and availability
- Escalate complex issues to management when needed
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Basic/elementary proficiency in Spanish (a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Computer or laptop with fast, reliable internet connection
- Ability to make and receive clear phone calls through the computer
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $3 USD per hour
- Both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: E£146.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
Expected Start Date: 15/09/2025
