Job Summary:
The Sales and Social Media Moderator will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, engaging with customers, and driving sales through online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a deep understanding of social media trends and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the agency’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Handle sales inquiries, negotiate deals, and close transactions via online marketplaces (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shopping, etc.).
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Track and report on social media and sales performance metrics.
- Assist in running paid ad campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management and online sales.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for better performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM systems is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and online sales.
