Design & Installation:
- Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for new hotel projects, including lighting, power distribution, HVAC systems, and fire alarm systems.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

Maintenance & Repair:
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical systems within the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability of electrical systems.

Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all electrical installations and operations comply with local, national, and international safety codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the integrity and safety of electrical systems.

Energy Management:
- Develop and implement energy-saving strategies to reduce the hotel's carbon footprint and operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption data, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial design through to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, budget, and timelines.

Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for the procurement of electrical components and services.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.

Emergency Response:
- Lead the electrical engineering response in case of emergencies, ensuring the safety of guests and staff.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans related to electrical failures or issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations, and Maintenance.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and project management tools.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Maximum Age 50 years.
