- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cables market (power, control, instrumentation, fiber optics, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- 1–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the cables or electrical industry.
- Strong understanding of cable types, standards (IEC, BS, UL, etc.), and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
