Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing an excellent customer experience. The role involves managing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support, as well as identifying customer needs and ensuring they are met promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience with Customer Support and Customer Service Representatives
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in using customer service software and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
