Job Description: Preschool Teacher (Montessori)

Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our Montessori-based nursery in Heliopolis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and the Montessori method, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement Montessori-based lesson plans tailored to individual developmental needs.
- Create a child-centered, hands-on learning environment that encourages independence and exploration.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining detailed records of their development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s growth and daily activities.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom in line with Montessori principles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistency in teaching methods and nursery policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.
- Montessori certification (AMI/AMS or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early years education, preferably in a Montessori setting.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about child development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
