Role Overview:
Develop, customize, and integrate ERPNext modules to meet client-specific needs. Ensure code quality, scalability, and seamless deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write custom scripts, server-side logic, and client-side enhancements
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, POS)
- Maintain version control and deployment pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe framework
- Experience with Git, REST APIs, and ERPNext architecture
- 2+ years in ERP development or similar backend roles
KPIs:
- Code quality score ≥ 90%
- Bug resolution time ≤ 48 hours
- Integration success rate ≥ 100%
