About Nexturn
At Nexturn, we’re redefining how brands connect with people. As a full-service experiential marketing and creative production agency, we design and execute standout campaigns, immersive events, and high-impact brand experiences that leave a lasting impression. Our clients range from fast-growing startups to global brands in tech, lifestyle, and innovation sectors. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Event / Project / Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of logistics, client service, and creative execution.
About the Role
As the Event / Project / Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery—from client kickoff to post-event wrap-up. You will manage multiple accounts, oversee timelines, budgets, and logistics, and serve as the key point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate is both left- and right-brained: a strategic thinker with razor-sharp organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing expectations, goals, and deliverables
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding brand objectives and translating them into action
- Prepare and lead client meetings, updates, and status reports
Project Management
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure all team members, vendors, and stakeholders are aligned and on track
- Manage approvals, feedback cycles, scope changes, and execution across departments
- Oversee risk management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and manage detailed project budgets and reconcile expenses
- Coordinate vendor contracts, SOWs, and invoices
- Track profitability and performance metrics for internal and client reporting
- Conduct post-project evaluations and debriefs to optimize future projects
Event Management
- Lead planning and execution for live, hybrid, and virtual events (e.g. product launches, brand activations, corporate meetings, conferences)
- Handle event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, staffing, production, travel, registration, and on-site management
- Ensure every event meets or exceeds expectations for quality, brand alignment, and attendee experience
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, project management, or account management with agency and pharmaceutical or medical background
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects and events with multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Expert multitasker who thrives under pressure and deadlines
- Strong budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site event execution (approx. 10–20% depending on project load)
