Responsibilities
- Attend with the GM all strategic meetings & develop minutes of meeting (MOMs).
- Provide support on consolidating & developing different presentations (Business Reviews, Annual Operating Plans, Strategy Plans, etc.)
- Follow-up on tasks & requests as required.
- Handle internal & external correspondents such as e-mails, mails, calls.
- Schedule and arrange all logistics for meetings/ conferences/ business trips such as hotels, air tickets and visas.
- Manage all aspects of Travel & Entertainment process in compliance with T&E policy.
- Coordinate with other functions and team members for projects and assignments.
- Work independently in routine matters, determine appropriate course of action, intervene where necessary and liaise between departments & keep managers informed where appropriate.
- Provide support & handle Executive visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of secretarial experience.
- Very Good command of written and spoken English.
- High degree of skill on modern office equipment.
- Effective listening and good communication skills.
- Work experience in a multi-national companies or regional offices.
- Very good proficiency at Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Competent use of application functionality (Emails and Scheduling).
