Role Purpose
Financial Services Reporting Sr. Specilaist is responsible for analysing customer-related data to identify trends, insights, and actionable strategies that improve the customer experience and drive business performance. The role involves collaborating with various teams (e.g., customer service, design, technology, finance, product, marketing) to provide data-driven insights that help optimize customer interactions, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention..
Job Profile
Reporting & Analytics :
1. Analyse ecosystem data to provide performance insights , identify potential issues, and recommend areas for improvement from multiple sources (MPG , Meeza, support tickets, etc.).
2. Develop regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer experience and suggest improvements based on analysis.
3. Process Improvement & Automation ; Collaborate on the automation of routine reporting to improve response time and overall experience .
4. Continuous Automation enhancements ensuring efficient timely deliverables .
Stakeholder Management :
1. Integration between external ecosystem & internal stakeholders needs’ ( Finance/ Customer Ops …. ) to ensure smooth reconciliations, preventing revenue losses.
2. Prepare & Submit Regulatory Reports to external authorities ensuring accuracy & timelines of regulatory filings.
Service Excellence:
1. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service quality, and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Spotting gaps on Service level, top bottom basis , down to Merchant, Biller, OTP….. etc levels .
Comptencies & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, Internal & External Stakeholders management, communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of market landscape, competitive environment and internal structure/processes.
- Good Problem solving, crisis management and change Management Skills
- Excellent Analytical & Presentation Skills.
Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Data Analytics & Data Base tools ( Excel , Access , power BI )
- Fintech/ Banking background
