What you will be doing
- Implement best practice logistics principles, policies, and processes across to improve operational and first mile performance
- Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to the management
- Ensure the delivery partners are following the order life cycle
- Implementation and monitoring of new project/operational process
- Management of the associated operational hub and compliance with SLAs
- Resolve problems concerning delivery, logistics systems or customer issues
- Shipping and delivery of packages to logistics partners
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in a distribution, warehousing or logistics and Supply Chain environment
- At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership
- Microsoft Office package and taste for information systems
- Able to work in a demanding work environment
- Pedagogy and support for teams
- Strong relay between officers and management
- Excellent interpersonal & listening skills, diplomacy
- Ability to lead projects
- English proficiency
