Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Utilize Google Workspace for scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to privacy policies.
Qualifications
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) it is a MUST
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and email correspondence
· Lives nearby Nasr City
· Very presentable and professional appearance
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
· Friendly and confident personality
· Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is preferred
