Job Scope
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist /Admin Assistant in Mohandsen office. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for reception duties ,office management and general admin tasks .

Reception
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Including but not limited to
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
- Handle phone and reply to mail in a timely manner.
- Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all partners.

Handle Courier service.
- Handle office supplies & stationery.
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, data entry, file management.

Manage office assets.
- Manage meeting rooms reservation.
- Monitor Office cleaning and maintenance.

Supervise the security service.
Qualification& Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- 3 years in same position, Admin assistant or customer service.
