Role Objectives:
Support teams in the execution and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Assist in streamlining campaign operations through tools, automation, and process improvement.
Gain hands-on experience in high-performance digital marketing with exposure to strategy, implementation, and optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.)
Support performance reporting, pulling data and generating dashboards
Help identify and implement automation or workflow improvements (e.g. creative rotation, budget pacing tools)
Conduct competitor and ad trend research
Coordinate with design/content teams for campaign assets
Perform QA checks on live campaigns (links, tracking, copy, etc.)
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
Basic understanding of digital marketing and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Familiarity with Excel/Sheets for data handling
Interest in performance marketing, growth, or analytics
Detail-oriented and organized
Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
Strong communication and coordination skills
Exposure to tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, or basic scripting for automation
