Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and solutions on time and within budget.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role with a focus on marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Creative, proactive, and a problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Residing in New Cairo or willing to commute to the office.
