Implement recruitment strategies by coordinating with business managers to attract, recruit, and select diverse, qualified candidates to meet divisional needs, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall talent acquisition goals.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned divisions, ensuring all hiring requirements are met efficiently and in accordance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to develop competitive offers for candidates, ensuring that compensation proposals are equitable and aligned with both internal policies and external market standards.
Support division heads in organizational structure design by advising on HR policies and procedures, ensuring changes are aligned with business objectives and accurately implemented in HR systems.
Update and maintain job descriptions and organizational structure documents to ensure they reflect current roles and responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and availability for relevant stakeholders.
Generate workforce analysis reports, providing insights on headcount and manpower status to inform business decisions and support effective resource planning.
Assist in the performance management process by collaborating with division heads to set SMART objectives, track performance, and ensure timely follow-up, addressing any issues or concerns raised by employees or managers.
Handling the internal mobility by managing vacancy announcements, screening internal candidates, and conducting interviews in collaboration with business heads.
Support functional promotions and career progression by reviewing employee eligibility, ensuring adherence to internal policies, and assisting employees through the required steps for advancement, while maintaining clear communication with business heads to ensure transparency and fairness in the process
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or any related field - HR-related certifications are considered an asset (Diploma, SHRM, CIPD).
For HRBP Role : 2:4 years of experience in HR Field, Preferred exposure in Talent Acquisition, or as HR Generalist .
For Senior HRBP Role : 5:9 Years of Experience in HR Field, Preferred exposure in Talent Acquisition, Organization Design or Performance Management
Experience within Banking Industry will be considered as an asset
