We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to handle day-to-day employee services, manage HR documentation and printouts, and actively support organizational development (OD) initiatives.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, service-focused, and an excellent English speaker.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all HR-related documentation, letters, reports, and employee printouts.
-Provide responsive and efficient support for daily employee services (e.g., onboarding, leaves, certificates, etc.).
-Assist in executing OD initiatives such as policy updates, job analysis, and organizational structuring.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
-Coordinate with internal departments to resolve employee-related queries.
-Support HR processes in compliance with company policies and labor law.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
-Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
