Keep track of all the recruitment documents and applications for candidates, ensuring that all records are accurately updated and easily accessible for follow up and reference throughout the recruitment process.
Support the coordination of interviews by screening candidate resumes, scheduling interview times, and confirming logistics with both candidates, HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely process.
Coordinate the candidate exam assessment process by managing relevant logistics, tracking enrolled candidates' data, and reporting their results for further action if required
Update candidate information in the tracking systems, ensuring all relevant data, including assessments and interview feedback, is recorded properly for easy access by the HRBP team and the relevant stakeholders.
Handle the Communicate cycle with candidates by sending regular updates and interview-related information via email, ensuring transparency and keeping candidates informed at each stage of their recruitment journey.
Collect and organize data related to hiring and workforce analysis, preparing basic reports on recruitment progress, headcount, and other relevant metrics to assist the HRBP team in making informed decisions.
Assist in the internal mobility process by supporting the process of posting vacancies, reviewing applications, and providing candidates with updates throughout their journey, ensuring internal candidates are well-informed.
Support sourcing efforts for junior-level candidates by sourcing for Cvs, conducting initial candidate phone screening interviews.
2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or any related field .
