- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files in accordance with labor law and company policies.
- Manage employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems.
- Handle social insurance registration, renewals, and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and regulatory requirements.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and personnel data.
- Coordinate with government authorities for labor inspections, permits, and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including clearance and exit interviews.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Provide guidance to employees on personnel policies and procedures.
- Support HR operations at project sites as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in personnel or HR administration, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Stroong communication skills in Arabic and English.
