Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter to support the HR and administrative functions of our growing diesel generator company. This remote role will play a vital part in ensuring efficient personnel management, recruitment, and smooth coordination of admin processes that support our technical and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments (Sales, Service, Operations, etc.)
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies specific to the diesel generator and engineering domain.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
- Make Job ads poster and posting to Job Portals, Social Media
- Must be familiar with using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukrigulf, Bayt and Facebook Groups
- Responsible for maintaining an active presence on social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to enhance employer branding and attract potential candidates
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Schedule qualified applicants for Finance Manager / CEO interview
- Facilitate offer negotiations
- Prepare Job offer letter, Contract and joining letter for the new hires
- Collect and review new hire documents
- Endorse new hire documents to the PRO for Visa preparation
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Maintain Manpower Requests Monitoring
- Maintain Applicants Tracking google sheet
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in HR, Recruitment and administrative roles (preferably in a technical or industrial company).
- Must have Knowledge in labor laws and HR best practices.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be assertive and able to work with employees at all levels within the company.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and google application
- Proficient in Google Calendar, Google meet and any other mode of communication
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in the diesel generator or engineering industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: E£1,000.00 - E£1,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
