- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate phone screenings.
- Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Support HR team with administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing documents.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Prepare and update recruitment-related reports and presentations.
- Handle stakeholders' inquiries regarding hiring requests.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and training materials.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months of internship experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
- High eagerness to learn is a must
