Implement the approved annual GRC framework plan, and work closely with the concerned parties to achieve the approved objectives within the approved action plan.
Follow-up with the concerned parties to ensure the existence/renewal of the Bank’s Risk appetite framework.
Assist in updating the bank's policies according to the expiry date of each policy.
Assist in preparing annual gap analysis between procedures index and products list with the approved organizational structure.
Follow up with the concerned parties that there is a mechanism for periodical update and review of the Authority & Expense Approval Matrix to ensure segregation of duties and risk management.
Archive annually the internal reports in accordance with the approved procedures.
Follow up the existence of an approved plan with specified timetables for strategic projects by the Board of Directors in coordination with the Strategic Planning Department.
Prepare adequate GRC framework awareness materials to share throughout the whole bank once a year and arrange with the concerned parties for the needed media in accordance with the work procedures.
Prepare Bank’s updated policies database status to policies & procedures dept. report
Qualifications and Experience:
University Bachelor’s degree -related certifications in control functions considered an asset (GRC, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal control and Audit…etc).
Minimum of 2 years in control functions, preferred exposure in Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit
Experience within Banking Industry will be considered as an asset
